Lorry overturned

There was dramatic scenes in Warrenpoint Town Centre today.

A lorry had overturned coming around the bend towards Newry Street.

We want to take this opportunity to congratulate and commend the swift response from the emergency services and in particular Warrenpoint Fire Service.

It is very reassuring as a community to know that we are in safe hands.

We believe there were no serious injuries but a dramatic day in Warrenpoint nonetheless.
