Halloween Night
The Halloween Festival in Warrenpoint has now become part of the annual calendar as a day and night of fun for all ages.
The festivities kick off tomorrow at 1.30pm in the Town Hall with arts and crafts. There is also a chance for the children to show off their scariest costumes at the fancy dress disco. There will be lots of prizes and treats for everybody there.
The action then starts again at 7.00pm on the Square with a 30ft climbing wall, Lazer Quest, Bungee Trampolines and a bouncy castle.
There will be live music from Hair O' The Dawg.
The fireworks display will be at 9.00pm sharp from the harbour.
Be sure to get to Warrenpoint tomorrow for a fun-filled day.
We must congratulate the Safer Warrenpoint Project for putting this together over the last number of years allowing ALL the family to enjoy Halloween safely.
Bonfires, while many of us had great times collecting for and buillding them, are dirty, unsafe and not very environmentally friendly.
This is how it was:
